Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • The service you paid for cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end
  • A payment was made in error or duplicate

Refunds will not be issued for completed laboratory tests or services that have already been rendered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@jonairawellness.com or call +63 926 596 6364. Provide your name, contact details, and a brief description of your request. We will review your case promptly and keep you updated throughout the process.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, we will process it using your original payment method. The refund amount will be credited within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will send you a confirmation once the transaction is complete.

Important Notes

  • If you paid by cash at our laboratory, please visit our location to receive your refund in person.
  • For payments via GCash, bank transfer, or other electronic means, refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment.
